VIDEO: DOT to discuss Route 219 bridge plans

CONCORD, N.Y. (WIVB) – Representatives from the New York State Department of Transportation will be at Concord Town Hall Tuesday night, to answer questions about plans to replace the former Route 219 bridge. Construction is scheduled for 2015.
