UB Researcher Cites Need of Leader on Border Issues

An economic development study recently commissioned by the Southern Tier West Regional Development and Planning Board concluded that thousands of jobs, millions of dollars in economic development and positive public health impacts could be generated with the completion of the Route 219 four-lane limited access highway to the NY/PA border. Five miles are currently under construction with 28 miles to be completed.
